I love making striped hats and gloves quite often out of the ends of yarn that I have used for other projects and putting different colours together is always fun. This one was inspired by a Miami Dolphins sweatshirt my brother had when we were younger!

This great beanie that I have crocheted in a striped design is sure to keep your head nice and warm!
I have used acrylic yarns in a pale cream, soft orange and teal to create this hat with the stripes narrowing as it reaches that bottom. It measures approx 8 inches from top to bottom and around 20 inches around the bottom unstretched but will easily stretch up to about 23".
Being 100% acrylic it is suitable for non wool wearers both vegan and those with wool allergies and it can also be machine washed but do not tumble dry as it may shrink.
Great to just pull on when you're off out whether it's walking the dog, taking the kids to school or out woth friends. It would make a great useful gift too!
