John has always been inspired by the natural beauty of wood, as a young boy he would carve characters out of firewood! After 30 years of being in the engineering industry, he now combines his welding skills with his love of wood to create sustainable pieces.

Made from British Steel and locally-sourced yew, this rustic, purposeful bench would be a stylish asset to any outdoor space.
The steel frame is finished in a smooth black enamel and gives a stunningly solid look which is very in vogue. John has treated the wood so that it is suitable for outdoor or indoor use.
Many of us have discovered our garden's can be a sanctuary in recent years and rustic garden furniture is a beautiful asset to any garden tranquillity. A garden seat or garden bench can provide extra seating and this piece can be re-designed to suit your space so if you require a made to measure piece do let us know.
Traditionally wood is given as a 5th Wedding Anniversary gift and this piece could be a family seat or known as a form of love seat, just before walks and afterwards you can sit and get ready together or use this piece to simply relax on in the garden. Some designers would see it as a conservatory seat or hallway bench that provides additional seating in your home.
