I have been asked a few times about gift vouchers or have had people say they know someone likes my work but not sure which print to buy so here is the perfect solution
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A Gift Voucher
Vouchers available from just £10.
A gift voucher is perfect as it allows someone to pick their own art piece or any other Hedgerow Artist products from cushions to original pieces. They can even contact me for commissions. The gift card won’t be date stamped so it gives people plenty of time to choose. They can select items from Folksy or items they see on social media or contact me direct to discuss commissioned pieces. They can just drop me a message with what they want and I will get their item sent to them direct (no UK postage costs)
All instructions including my e-mail address will be included with the voucher.
The voucher will be e-mailed to you as a PDF file which you can print off or forward to the recipient OR for an additional £3.50 can be posted direct and includes postage, Hedgerow Artists Card and a bookmark
