I have always had a fascination with animals, and having art as my second passion, I can’t help but combine the two. I’m drawn to the details and nuances of different species’ anatomy, patterns and colours. I aim to carefully replicate animal portraits from references, allowing for a touch of creative freedom to hopefully draw out the character of each creature.

Full description
Alt text – artwork of a Sumatran Tiger from its neck upwards. Its fur ranges from a deep orange to light peach, with soft white edges and black stripes. Its striking yellow-green eyes make direct eye contact.
This is a high quality A5 (5.8" x 8.3") giclée art print of my original painting of a Sumatran Tiger. The original artwork was created using Posca pens and gouache paints on black paper.
The print is produced on eco-friendly Hahnemühle Agave paper (290gsm). Using archival papers and ink, a giclée art print is high quality and long lasting - showing fine details on a matt textured paper. I choose to use giclée printing as the finish is the closest I can possibly get to the original painting in print form.
The print is packaged in a compostable vegetable starch sleeve, with reused cardboard in a paper envelope.
Please note that this listing is for the sale of the print only, the pictured frames and mounts are to show the piece would look displayed.
Thank you for taking the time to view my art. I am a zoologist and wildlife artist, having only recently moved away from a career in environmental education after roles with various UK wildlife charities across the country. I’m excited to finally share my creative side with others through selling my art.
