Inspired by my grandmother's tradition of crafting knitted hoods in anticipation of Ireland's chilly winters, the McKillion Balaclava/Hood pays homage to her resourcefulness. Drawing from the charm of mismatched yarn scraps, I decided to elevate the concept by incorporating intentional design and organised colour placement. The result is a one-of-a-kind accessory that blends nostalgia with contemporary style—a trend set to endure through 2024.
