Full description
Hand made premium solid oak chopping block with handles.
The chopping block is 400mm long, by 300mm wide, 40mm thick and weighs just over 3.3kg.
The board sits on rubber fett to hold it steady, and has been finished with food-grade mineral oil and pure beeswax so ready to use.
Don't forget to add our blocked woodworking board butter to maintain the life of your cutting boards.
Care instructions:
The boards are water-resistant and extremely hard wearing. Hand wash only, wipe dry when clean. Apply a food-safe mineral oil or our board butter every few months to keep the board looking like new. As with any wooden chopping boards, they will scratch over time but rest assured this can be remedied by giving the board a light sand with 240 grit sandpaper and re-applying our board butter.
Sustainability:
We aim to use all renewable and sustainable products. All our timber comes from FSC certified mills or has been sustainably sourced from the maintaining of British woodland. Our packaging is fully recyclable (just remove the postage label). The package filling is fully biodegradable and can be composted.
Due to the nature of the product the colour and stave size may vary to photos. A photo can be provided upon request.
Sizes could differ 5mm.
