This Kinetic flowing wave desk toy uses a series of cam and follower mechanisms to produce a beautiful sine wave motion that in turn produces another beautiful sine wave motion of the ball bearings situated on the followers.
The motion of the wave can be changed by changing the rotation of the cams. to operate this kintic sculpture simply add the ball bearings to the groove, turn the crank handle, and just watch the mesmerizing kinetic sculpture.
This model comes assembled so the ball bearings work is a smooth-flowing motion, however.
This Object is 3D Printed using biodegradable Eco-Friendly plastic. As with the nature of 3D printing, there may be some slight imperfections and layer levels however, these don't affect the function or performance of the part.
