Another gently spiced assault on the senses from Smoke and Flame!
Our Salt-Free Persian Chicken recipe is the one that started the Smoke and Flame Movement! Friends asked for the recipe... again and again and we though, maybe more people would like this....
Most folk don't put chicken thighs in the God-tier of foods but we do - especially when it has crispy skin! But then, when you add earthy turmeric, zingy sumac and some Smoke and Flame magic, this one really takes off!
Serve with a pomegranate studded rice - cauliflower rice or regular rice works - and you've got a meal that's rarely seen on these shores. This Salt-Free Persian Chicken spice blend can be used for the chicken thighs and the rice but, thanks to the different accompanying ingredients, offer very different taste profiles when served.
