I acquired a piece of wood from a demolished fireplace. Too good to burn so I made this simple platter

Full description
Plain and simple Mahogany platter (Swietenia Spp) - 9 inches Diameter 1.5 inches high.
Could be a shallow fruit bowl or a centre table display piece.
It is finished with a good quality wood wax.
