Oak is a beautiful wood, but the use of a coloured wax to accentuate the grain makes it even more interesting. This piece is an off-cut from some Oak shelving given to me by a friend.

Simple but elegant English Oak Platter (Quercus Robur) decorated with Liming wax to accentuate the grain pattern.
It is approx 6.5 inches diameter and finished with good quality wood wax.
The Pen is shown to give an idea of the size and is NOT part of the sale.
