Welcome to my shop. I hope you enjoy having a browse. I love working with textiles, making small and large items.

All the items are hand sewn by me. I am increasingly thinking about sustainability with my work and am including more repurposed projects, and trying to use organic and natural fibres and fabrics.

Full description
These little hearts are made using beautiful sari silk remnants in tones of purple and mauve, with gold or silver embroidery bonded onto hessian and embellished with hand embroidery and machine stitching. Each is backed with a coordinating batik fabric and has a purple or gold attached to hang them on your tree, or wherever you like!
The resulting item has a luxurious textured appearance. No two are identical
They are mounted on card, and have information about how they are made.
Measurements approx 2.5cm wide and 8cm long.
10% of the sale will go to Launchpad, a charity preventing homelessness in Reading.
