It was a trial to use liming wax to accentuate the grain of a piece of reclaimed Oak.

Full description
Oak Tea-light holder turned in English Oak (Quercus Robur) then decorated with Liming Wax to highlight the grain of the wood.
The pencil in the photo is just to indicate the scale.
The item is 6 inches diameter and comes with a glass liner to hold the tea-light and protect the wood.
Please NEVER leave a candle burning without a responsible person around.
