My inspiration for this pair of hairpins comes from nature, from the pretty blossoms that I see on local hedgerows and from the fabulous golden colours of autumn leaves. They are named for the Norse goddess Sif, whose hair is a symbol of bright autumn leaves and the golden wheat fields at harvest time.
