This was a box I mused over for some time. I didn’t plan my design, I just let the design develop as I worked. Like my ‘Cigarette’ box I felt this has given the box a new lease of life & I greatly enjoy the contrast of masculinity & femininity in the design.

Full description
A vintage, hinged, Bolivar Cigar wooden box. Hand-painted with a fans & triangles contemporary design. Perfect for storing jewellery, stationary or keepsakes. This box has a light matt varnish finish. Includes the ‘Republica de Cuba’ original seal sticker.
The fans are eau de nil with pink, yellow & blue details. The central rose is peach with pink, silver, blue & lime green details.
This item can be customised with a name or initials at no extra cost.
