Heartwarming Handmade Crochet Pocket Hugs
These adorable crochet hearts are the perfect way to show someone you care. They are also the perfect sized gift to pop inside a greetings card to send to family and friends.
Handmade with love and crafted from wool, each heart comes displayed on a Kraft card with a touching poem that reads:
A hug from me to you
To show how much I care
Hold it close, think of me
And know I’m always there

Handmade so may vary slightly in size and colour.
Kraft card measures approximately 10.5cm x 6.5cm
Crochet heart measures approximately 4cm x 4cm
Not suitable for babies or small children due to small parts.
Shipping will be made via Royal Mail 1st Class within 1-3 days of order being placed.
