Full description
These beautiful mittens are in pure soft merino wool so perfect cold weather wear. The main feature is a majestic owl in chocolate brown perched on the branches of an oak tree. Below this again is a line of oak leaves in a sage green. Above and below the leaves are a thin band of chevron shapes in chocolate on a turquoise blue background. The main background shade is cream, while the turquoise blue is used for the ribbing.
The stranding continues on the palm and the thumbs with an attractive teardrop pattern, the tip of the thumbs and the top of the mitten feature an acorn motif.
The pattern is stranded knitting which adds another layer of warmth to the inside.
These mittens are an average size.
Dimensions: bear in mind knitting does stretch so these are unstretched measurements.

Due to the detail in these, I suggest they are hand washed, but they may be cool machine washed if preferred.
