You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

What If my item has been damaged in the post? My items are posted out in a strong cardboard mailing box but If your item arrives broken in the post, please let me know upon arrival. Please photograph damaged item and send picture to me. I will refund the full amount paid. What if I do not like my purchase, can I return it ?. If you wish to return your item, please return it to me UNUSED and in the same condition as it was sent out. Please Re-use the mailing box that your items arrived in. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel, to let me know that you are returning an item. Please return item within 30 days of receiving it. Please return back to me using the same postal service that I used to send it to you (This will be either 2nd class standard or 2nd class signed for). BUYER is responsible for return P&P costs. Once I receive returned item, I will issue a refund. My item has not arrived, what should I do ?. I send all parcels (over £10) using Royal Mail's SIGNED FOR or TRACKED 48 service which reduces the chance of parcels going missing, (Parcels under £10 will be posted out using 2nd class STANDARD service). Please contact me if you do not receive your parcel. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider items lost until 10 days have lapsed.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
