I like the look of the old reading lenses on long eleborate chains. When I found these discs of amethyst I thought it'd be nice to make something with a similar feel to it.

Full description
A 3.5cm disc of amethyst that is held tightly in tapering micro macrame to form a beautiful pendant. The cord that it is on is also hand made using macrame techniques. The chord ends in two 'leaves' featuring amethyst beads. A small band can be moved up and down the chord to adjust how high the pendant sits on the front, with the two leaves at the back. This design is very elegant with an open back or off the shoulder look.
