Having lost relatives dear to me, I wanted to create a candle that helped me to feel like they are still with me at Christmas time.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Festive pillar candle to remember our lost loved ones at Christmas time.

Candle roughly measures 6" inches tall.
Burn time, around 30 hours.
Colour - Ivory.
Colour may look different to that shown, due to lighting when photographing.
WARNING! Remove all packaging before use. If you decide to light the candle, make sure it's on a flat suitable surface, away from open windows, doors or draughts. Do NOT add any other fluids or scents. Most importantly, DO NOT leave burners unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.
All of my products are handmade to order, although stock is usually available at all times. Due to them being handmade and poured, please be aware that colours may differ very slightly from batch to batch or from those shown in the pictures.
I aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 working days for small orders and 7 to 10 working days for bulk orders, excluding weekends and bank holidays for made to order items. Dispatch can often be faster with products that I already have in stock.
I post via Royal Mail and Hermes (3-5 day delivery) for large orders.
