Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Items are eligible for an exchange or refund provided it is in its original condition and has not been worn. If item is not returned in its original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct any loss in value from the refund due.
