I am now sending all packages to the UK via tracked delivery to avoid any complications with items lost in the post. I will select the carrier according to the weight of the package. Lighter packages will go through Royal Mail 48hr tracked. I will also use Evri and Inpost. I am not charging any extra for packaging or additional items ordered. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These quirky and fun Christmas season gnome Santa earrings have been carefully made from polymer clay. They are hung on fish hook ear hooks that are lead, nickel and cadmium free. They are lightweight and measure 3 x 2 cms. Please note there may be some differences in individual pairs due to the handmade nature of the item.
