Later in life I have discovered a passion for preserving the raw natural beauty of wood by creating furniture and home accessories. These include cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese boards resin and wood wall clocks, and even pens and pencils.
All of my items are individual and made in my own workshop, some with flashes of colour added with resin poured into the natural channels that occur in wood and others simply shaped in the workshop as inspiration takes me.
All of my kitchen boards are handmade from any of an array of sustainable woods, such as cherry, acacia, beech, teak, olive, maple, walnut, padauk and purple heart timber. They are then finished with Walrus Oil and Walrus Oil Wood Wax, which is 100% Food-safe and free from toxins and synthetics. I should add that no walruses were harmed in any way in the manufacture of this oil, it is a man made product, produced by a guy with a very large moustache.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Handmade Charcuterie board / Serving Board / Grazing Board / Food presentation board.
Made from Premium Beech Wood, hand finished with food grade oil and board butter to preserve the board, with added Resin pops of colour inclusions in the naturally occurring grains of the wood. This one has a splash of fiery red, near the branding on the reverse of the board.
This is intended as a presentation board, rather than a chopping board, due to the resin inclusion which could get damaged if cut into, however as the resin is on the reverse of the wood it can be used for cutting on the front if you so wish.

All of my boards are handmade in my own workshop and each one is individual. The finish on the wood will mean spillages will lightly bead on the surface without leaving any marks, nevertheless these should be wiped away with a cloth to protect the surface.
Care guidelines:
Wash the board with warm soapy water, but do not immerse or put in the dishwasher.
Always store flat
DO NOT leave food items on the board for long periods as the moisture can get into the wood and stains may develop.
DO NOT leave items made from steel, such as food cans, on the board for long periods as the steel may react with the wood causing stains to develop – stainless steel is not an issue.
DO NOT subject the board to significant changes in temperature, e.g. by placing it on a stove or radiator.
