The Sweet pea symbolises gratitude and pleasure. The Victorians would gift them to say thank you to their hosts.
I have grown this flower in my garden in Cheshire, and preserved the it using the traditional method of flower pressing. I have available various shades of pink, purple and cream. Let me know your preference, I can send photos of the options for you to choose from if you ask.
It is mounted on white handmade paper, annotated with the name of the plant and its meaning.
If delivered 'ready to frame' it is presented in a cellulose vellum envelope ready for you to frame yourself. I recommend using a spacer or mount to avoid crushing the flower.
If you select the framed option, it will be framed in a solid oak, UK made, frame, for an extra cost of £25 (total cost £50).
Also available in A5 size.
I always recommend hanging pressed flowers away from direct sunlight to prevent them fading, though their colours will change slowly, over time.
