This fee is chargeable to all orders which non-standard items are required, and is non-refundable.
The cost of the design fee covers the time needed to create your design, source materials, or change colour schemes of our base designs.
We will advise if this fee is applicable to your order during our initial chat.
No physical item will be shipped. This is a fee for time spent creating a bespoke item for you.
ONE amendment can be made within this price, after which a charge of 5.00 per amendment will be payable.
