UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard
Hand made in my smoke and pet free studio in The New Forest, England
For certain countries customs charges will be applicable prior to delivery, you are responsible for these, if the charges are not paid and the item is successfully returned to me in the same condition in which it was sent I am happy to refund the cost of the item, unfortunately I’m unable to refund the postage charges.
