This beautiful mosaic makes a lovely gift for a very special Nan. It is ready to be hung indoors or outside.
As these mosaics are handmade the personalisation can be changed, please just email me after you have placed your order.
Please note that each order is made for you so there might be a slight variation between each mosaic in the tiles that are used.
