The colours for this throw were inspired by a winter storm over the Yorkshire Wolds. The sky was grey with blue in the distance and the sun was peeping through storm clouds a golden yellow. Of course you can make this throw in any colours to suit you!
I like larger crochet projects to be broken down into bite sized pieces, to make the projects more interesting to work and to make them portable. I chose simple crochet motifs that look very different depending on the colours you use. they are joined together with bands of plain crochet.

This throw is made with simple crochet motifs and bands of crochet with careful choice of colour makes this stunning throw a lovely crochet project to work. The throw is designed so you can make it any size you like, by adding or reducing the number of motif and plain crochet rows. My throw measures 61 x 152.
The crochet thro is finished with a very simple edging to finish off this stunning throw. I really hope you enjoy making this confident beginners crochet project throw.
