Full description
An adorable robin redbreast needle felted using woollen fibres. Core wool has been sculpted into shape using a barbed felting needle and a top coat of merino wool fibres in appropriate colours added. The robin has wired feet and legs that have been wrapped in brown florist tape, his beak is made from silk clay and black acrylic half pearls have been added for the eyes. The robin has been mounted on a small rustic wooden slice using a clear acrylic rod to aid stability.
The robin is approximately life-size measuring 14cm long (head to tail) and standing 12cm high (including base).
A beautiful decoration for Christmas or all year round and a perfect gift for bird lovers.
