Full description
UK/Europe smart meter radiation shield/cover. Fits snugly over your smart meter with the earth lead crocodile clip connecting to earth at the nearest earth junction (where the YELLOW/GREEN wires meet).
The cages are made from high quality stainless steel wire mesh of specific mesh size to attenuate the pulsed microwave radiation frequency signal of 2.4GHz. The earth lead is not required to shield RF but added as a safety feature and will also take the electric field around the meter to near zero.
Wireless Microwave radiation, and electric field strength reduced by 80-95%.
Enough signal escapes so that the smart meter will still function.
