Full description
Inspired by drapery seen in vintage fashion, I handcrafted this ivory pillbox hat from ivory satin with a gorgeous sheen. A classic hat to add a touch of timeless 1950s style for your wedding, and one which can be worn again and again for many years following it.
Designed so as to be able to be worn on either side of the head, making it easy to work with a range of hair styles and types.
Shaped and sewn by hand in my specialist millinery studio in Kent in the UK using couture techniques.
The inside of the hat is lined with satin, a hidden detail to add a little something blue, and finished with a petersham band.
Your hat is held in place by hat elastic, making it easy and versatile to wear. Black is the standard colour, but I can change this to mid brown, light brown, blonde, grey or white if you just add a message with your preferred colour when you place your order.
This hat is ready to post, and will be sent by Royal Mail. In the UK it's sent Special Delivery, and tracked or tracked & signed for outside of the UK.
It will come beautifully packaged, wrapped in acid free tissue paper and in a box which is also perfect for storing your new headwear.
