I think that moths can sometimes be overlooked and thought of as less colourful than butterflies but there are so many beautiful, rarely seen moths and I wanted to celebrate some of them in print!
I enjoyed carving this colourful moth and lining up the lino blocks. I think it's a lovely colourful print and a wonderful addition to a nature lover's wall!

Full description
Original linocut print of a Garden Tiger moth. My print has been made using 3 hand carved lino blocks for each colour and has been printed by hand. It is printed in brown, rich orange-red and black on smooth off white colour Canaletto paper.
The prints measure 23 cm x 16 cm, a little over A5 in size and will be supplied unframed but will fit frames from retailers.
All artwork is wrapped in eco friendly wrap before being sent to you in a cardboard envelope via royal mail standard 2nd class or international standard shipping.
I can gift wrap and send direct to a gift recipient. Just let me know if you want me to do this.
