Christmas Lights Snuggle Blanket
Made from a creamy white yarn in a stitch that resembles freshly fallen snow this blanket is super cosy and snuggly and perfect for curling up on the sofa under to watch movies.
It has colourful tree lights strung across it which are all crocheted and stitched onto the blanket by hand. Finished off with a gentle scalloped border.
The blanket measures a generous 108cm x 116cm (this may differ slightly being handmade).
It will be sent to you inside a drawstring organza bag that not only is perfect for using to gift and for storage but perfect for popping the blanket inside before washing so it won't snag on anything else in the wash. It is machine washable on a gentle cycle and I recommend air/line drying.
The blanket shown in the photos is the one you will receive. This is the sample made to work out the string of lights placement. When I was taking the photos I realised that I'd missed a stitch out between 2 scallops in the border! Hardly noticeable,I've just taken a couple of quick photos and added them to the listing so you can have a look for yourself.
I've reduced the price by more than 50% and while this doesn't come close to accounting for the time it took to make it does pay for the yarn used and knowing it'll be used for many years to come makes my heart happy.
