The packaging used to send orders is eco friendly, paper based and plastic free. I do send out silicone earring backs with hook earrings in case they are needed. All postage is despatched via Royal Mail and sent tracked.
These earrings are inspired by aesthetics in Asia, particularly Thailand and Buddhist arts.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Complement your individual style with my exclusively designed silver plated gemstone dangle earrings with moss agate, influenced by the aesthetics of Thailand. These earrings feature my own original hypoallergenic titanium hook design. The integration of hooks into the overall design reflects my commitment to integrating beauty and craftsmanship with form and function. The hook is fashioned to be ergonomic and to improve and neaten the overall hang of the earrings to follow the shape of the earlobe, resulting in a uniquely designed accessory with an undeniably bohemian bent. The available colours are specifically chosen to make for a versatile accessory, to complement a variety of outfit choices and occasions dependent on preferred colour themes, from more muted and subtle, to more vibrant jewel colours. Silicone backs are provided.
