Full description
This is an Unframed original screenprint in an addition of 30. This is hand-pulled by Monica Gabb, printed using waterbased inks onto A1 Somerset 300gsm paper. The image has a boarder to allow for framing. As these are screen printed there are no two the same so elements may differ slightly from the photograph. This gives you a unique piece of original artwork.
This was produced as part of a body of work to celebrate Sheffield steel. Sheffield now only has one remaining hand-made scissor factory - Ernest wright & Son Ltd. Their products are sold around the world which is testiment to their craftmanship. The Putter is the title given to the craftsman who put the scissors together. This person empowers further crafts people to create master pieces of their own.
