This solid slim cupboard was destined for the skip, so I wanted to rescue it and give it a new lease of life. It's had a modern makeover by removing the old trims. I thought I'd give it a rattan effect in the doors. Originally, I was going to cut the inner doors out, then thought as trend change, this may prevent it from being updated in another lifetime. As its solid oak, it will last for as long as it's been looked after.
