The perfect gift for someone who loves bees!
This clear fused glass Bee Hanger with sandblasted (white) finished bees. Can be hung up on a wall or to catch the sunlight in the window. It measures approx 14cm x 3cm without the ribbon and comes gift boxed.
The process... First the glass is fused in the kiln to round off 'soften' the edges from it's natural state. After a 14 hour fuse the unique bee design stencil (created by myself) is applied and the glass sandblasted. Any area of the glass not being sandblasted at the time is temporarily covered. After the stencil is removed the hole is drilled and finally ribbon added.
Each product is unique, the nature of buying something hand crafted and not mass produced.
