I attempt to keep myself organised by keeping all my to-do's in a journal. My preferred format is to have pages with these dotted grids on them - ideal for keeping all my lines streight but fine for doodling on too. That's why I love this type of bookblock. The purple sparkles were another paper gift that I just had to turn into a book!
