I bought the bottle opener kit a few years ago.....finally got round to making one this week.... very pleased with it....hope somebody will enjoy owning it and using it as much as I enjoyed making it....

A few years ago I made a guitar and there was some ebony left over, which I glued to some ash.... this week I finally turned it into a bottle opener...using a kit from axminster...it has been sealed with "chestnut acrylic sanding sealer" then polished with carnauba wax.... it has a hole so a piece of cord could be used to hang it in a readily accessable place.... (the wood was joined to the bottle opener with "araldite epoxy glue", so should last forever....)
