I love seeing cardigans on babies, and I love knitting baby cardigans - they’re one of the most valuable and versatile items in every wee toots’ wardrobe. As for hats, well they’re a newborn essential but that doesn’t mean they have to be dull.
This yarn is so pretty and so very soft that it would have been criminal to use it for any other purpose than to create a cute and cosy set for a little girl.

The cutest little lacy and cosy baby cardigan and hat set, perfect for a new wee girl, knitted in super-soft yarn.
Age: 0-3 months
A perfectly co-ordinated set which would look equally fabulous over a pretty dress, a baby grow, or jeans and a T-shirt,
Finished with shiny pink round buttons, making it easy to put this cardigan onto and take it off the wriggliest of babies.
Machine washable at up to 40C. Can be tumble-dried on a low setting, but best air dried, and will dry rapidly.
