The clamshell was my original design and is still a firm favourite.
It's chunky, it's rugged and it holds a lot of clutter.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
Rustic wooden storage trunk/chest. Handmade from reclaimed pine with a hinged Clamshell lid and lockable hasp
PLEASE NOTE: the current processing and build time for all "Made to Order" and Custom orders is currently up to 8 weeks
The wood is selected for size and characteristics before being sanded to reveal it's natural beauty.
The pieces are then assembled using quality wood screws for strength and stability.
The trunk is then given several coats of a natural wax to give the desired look and add protection.
Ideal for any room storage needs & will double up as a coffee table and is strong enough to seat 2 adults.
The measurements are:
