I have recently started diversifying and adding more crafts to my repertoire and I am thoroughly enjoying using mixed media to create lots of new pieces including this pretty roses box.

Full description
This sunflower themed heart shaped trinket box has been created using lots of different mediums.
The box itself is painted using acrylic paints and I have added an airdry clay sunflower which I have also painted with acrylic paints. I have added fallen leaves to the lid and around the outside of the box.
The inside has been decoupaged using beautiful sunflower paper napkins. I have protected the piece with non-yellowing matt varnish both inside and out.
The box measures approximately 16cm at its widest and longest points.
Handle carefully. I recommend using a soft paint brush to clean/dust the piece.
Please note: Although I do my best to make sure that the colours displayed in my photos are as accurate as possible, the actual colours may vary slightly due to the differences in monitors and the devices you use to view them.
