Full description
When I was in my 'Amber and Jet' period, I managed to source some beautiful Jet beads to combine with my baltic Amber nuggets. Much beloved by the Victorians for the popular mourning jewellery of the period, Jet - like Amber - is not actually a gemstone, but fossilzed wood (Amber is tree resin) and true Jet is only found in a few places where the conditions for forming it were right. It is incredibly light to hold and is warm to touch. These 6mm faceted beads are slightly matt but catch the light subtly and would be great for a Steampunk rosary style necklace. They look fabulous combined with Amber but also would also work well with Frosted Quartz beads for a monochrome look or used alone with silver findings.
Sold in single units. Jet beads are quite delicate so please handle them with care, paying particular attention if you are bending wire close to them as the pliers can damage the beads. Please bear in mind that these are natural gemstone beads and that the colours and markings may vary slightly from bead to bead making each one truly unique.

A one off charge of £1.00 is all you have to pay to cover basic costs, regardless of how many beads you order.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to me, in it's original packaging within 7 days for a full refund (excluding post and packaging cost). Please contact me before returning.
