I make my items from unwanted and discarded wood that is destined for landfill or the fire in many cases. Most joiners would reject this wood as it is not "perfect". To me, it's the imperfections and finding ways to incorporate them that make it interesting.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Unique, craftsman made frames by Dave Winter. To fit 7"x5" .Made from locally sourced recycled wood in clear wax ,medium dark or very dark oak beeswax finish . The type of wood is shown on the photo

Frames will be sent with Artscreen shatter resistant 1.5mm acrylic/Perspex .This has similar ,some say better, optical qualities as glass but is safer.
All hand made from timber about 30 to 35mm wide/front view and about 14mm to 16mm thick /side view. They come with hard backs and picture eye hangers.
Fitted with flexi points for ease of fitting. Really characterful wooden eco frames finished with beeswax that gives a soft feel to the wood.
Most timber comes from within a mile and is walked back to my workshop on foot
Can be fitted with stand back to stand either way round that costs £2.00 extra each. Please contact me if you want a stand back.
.These frames cannot be mass produced as the frame width varies so each side has to be individually cut and assembled .Artistic yet useful eco objects from the Yorkshire seaside.
We package our frames in recycled cardboard etc to ensure safe postage. Our frames come in various finishes, dark oak, medium oak and natural beeswax, white limed or bare for customer finishing.
