Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
As furniture is made to order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price if the order is cancelled after 24 hours of it being placed. Custom order products can not cancelled or refunded after 24 hours of it being placed. Please bear this in mind when making a purchase.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

We do not supply any wall screws or plugs with this item as the fixings depend on your wall construction.
Products may differ slightly in colour/appearance from the examples shown in the pictures.
This is purely down to every piece of wood is unique and will have slightly different markings, grains and knots.
Over time, as the wood matures, natural knots and grain patterns may become visible through the painted finish. We try to keep this to a minimum but fine cracks and bleeding of knots can still occur. These should not be regarded as defects but as characteristics of a natural wood product.
