This wonderfully quirky sheet is part of the Oddments mini collection which has been produced with the aim of reducing waste after commission work is carried out.
This particular sheet is a combination of drawn non pareil patterns in cream, pale blue and plaster pink over sap green, yellow ochre and cream.
Marbled onto 140gsm FSC acid free white base paper made in the UK from 80% recycled coffee cups. The sheet is approx 31.5 x 49.3cm Long grain.
A one of a kind sheet for use in bookbinding, as endpapers, box covering, and many other paper crafts. As I marble using acrylics, these sheets have a more durable surface than traditional marbling and can take getting wet with no loss of paint.
Every one of the sheets I sell are handmade by me from start to finish. there may be some very small blemishes in the pattern, this is part of the nature of hand marbled papers and are part of the charm. Most papers will also have a certain amount of paint on the reverse, this is unavoidable but does not affect the performance of the paper.
Due to their size bigger sheets are sent rolled in a sturdy postal tube. There may be colour differences due to the way monitors and phones display colours.
