I have a fondness for foxes after seeing one visiting my garden on my wildlife camera and one time, during the day, sat on my small shed roof! This is one of my most popular patterns and I think it's due to the simplicity of the fox and repeating surrounding leaves. I hope you enjoying stitching this one as much as I did.

Full description
PDF PATTERN ONLY
A cute, modern blackwork cross stitch pattern of repeating foxes encircled in leaves. The centre fox is stitched in orange thread making the overall piece pop.
All stitches are backstitch, just like in cross stitch, and suitable for beginners to blackwork.
Pattern is designed to fit a round or square 6 inch frame when stitched on 14 count Aida. Pattern however, can easily be adapted to fit any sized frame due to the repeating pattern.
Photos show owl stitched in brown thread and one stitched in rainbow thread.
Pattern details:
- Fabric: white 14 count Aida or 28 count evenweave
- Design Area : 6.3" x 6.3" (90 x 90 stitches)
- Threads: Black and orange threads (Exact DMC numbers included)
