You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the packaging.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a luxury set of handmade cards for a birthday, perfect for anyone who owns a caravan or loves camping with a caravan.
The design on the large card is a 3D pink caravan with a floral design, parked up at the holiday destination. There is bunting hanging up, and 3D butterflies are also on the card. The sentiment greeting says Another Birthday Life's A Pitch!
The inside of the card has a matching luxury full colour insert on each side, and there is plenty of room for you to write your own special message. The message on one insert says Wishing You A Day Full of Sunshine & Smiles!
The design on the small gift card is the same, and this card is not 3D. The small card is blank on the inside.
Both cards come with a free envelope to match the size of the card and they are packaged in a free high-quality bag to keep them clean and fresh ready for you to use.
