You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

☆Refunds☆ For any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I am happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on return of any items (this excludes Custom & Personalised Orders - Please see below), with their original packaging in the condition it was sent to you, please make sure items are returned within 30 days of delivery. The return postage costs are not included in any refund made, these are to be paid by the Buyer. If you are an International Buyer making a return please ensure that the customs declaration is marked as a Return as any customs fees I incur as a result of not doing this will be deducted from any refund made. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage when sending items back or even sending items Signed For as no refunds will be given if I do not receive the item back. I reserve the right to refuse a refund where an item has been received back with myself in an unsaleable condition. ☆Custom & Personalised Orders☆ Custom / Personalised orders are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or I have made a mistake with the order e.g. Spelling, Date etc. If you are wanting something custom stamped on a piece of Jewellery please check that all spelling and dates are correct before sending as it will be stamped exactly as it is spelt by you. There will be no refund for orders where buyers have made a mistake with spelling or dates. There will also be no refunds for items with spacing issues, letters being stamped deeper / lighter than others, stamping marks on the reverse of your piece or your item not looking like the listing picture. All of my pieces are hand stamped to order so may not be perfect but this will make your piece unique and special. ☆Incorrect Address☆ No refund will be given if your item is not received if the Buyer has given an incorrect Shipping Address. ☆Faulty Items☆ If you believe your item is Faulty, please contact me within 30 days of purchase where I will be able to assist. Photographic evidence of the faulty item and its original packaging is required. ☆Information Required☆ If you have purchased an item which requires additional information for it to be made eg. Coordinates, Medical ID Information, Initials etc please either add a note in the box provided on the listing. If the required information is not received within 7 days of purchase your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued via your original payment method. ☆Additional Materials Requested☆ If you have ordered a custom order where I have had to purchase additional materials to complete and you wish to cancel this order then you will be refunded minus the cost of the additional materials ordered. ☆Payment Types☆ Payment is via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. ☆Cancelling your Order☆ If for any reason you decide after you have purchased your item that you no longer require it please contact me within 24 hours so I can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If you contact me after 24 hours your item may have already been made and sent. The item would need to be sent back to me once received before any refund can be made. The return postage costs to me are to be paid by the buyer and this cost will not be included in any refund made. ☆Cancelling a Custom Order☆ If you have ordered a custom item where I have had to purchase additional materials to complete and you wish to cancel this order then you will be refunded minus the cost of the additional materials ordered. ☆Shipping Address☆ I will post items out to the Address on your Folksy account so please make sure that this is up to date before purchasing. No refunds will be given if the item is not received if the buyer has provided an incorrect Shipping Address. ☆Dispatch Times☆ Items will be handmade and dispatched within 3-5 Working Days of purchase, for larger orders this time may vary but you will be advised at the time of placing your order if it will be longer. ☆Packaging☆ Items will come wrapped in tissue paper in an organza gift bag and padded mailing envelope. ☆Postage☆ All items posted to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail Signed For and Royal Mail Special Delivery postage can be purchased as a shipping upgrade during Checkout. All items posted Internationally will be sent via International Standard which does not include any Tracking. International Tracked & Signed postage can be purchased as a shipping upgrade during Checkout. If you are in the UK you should expect to receive your item within 1-5 working days of it being sent. If you are buying from outside the UK you should receive your item within 5-10 working days of it being sent but this may take longer so please allow 1-4 weeks to receive your item, in busy holiday times it may take up to 6 weeks to receive your item. I always obtain proof of postage for peace of mind. All items are sent from the UK ☆Customs & Import Taxes☆ Buyer is responsible for paying any import/custom charges or taxes. I am not responsible for any delays incurred due to customs. ☆Order unable to be delivered☆ If an item is sent to a buyer and it is unable to be delivered for any reason, eg. Incorrect Address, No one at home etc. and is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for paying additional postage costs to have the item reposted. ☆Order not received☆ If you have not received your order within 30 days of it being sent please contact me and I will be able to assist you further. ☆Hand Stamped Items☆ All of my hand stamped items are made to order so may appear slightly different to the listing picture. The letters / symbols may also vary in alignment, angle, depth, position or spacing but this makes each piece unique. There may also be marking on the back of the piece from the stamping process as hand stamping displaces the metal rather than removing it. Please make sure that items are not worn when bathing, swimming etc. as this may cause the black / colour in the letters / pictures to fade quickly. Perfume should also not be sprayed directly onto your items as it may damage them. Any pieces that are stacked / layered or that have charms attached to them may wear or scratch over time. Necklace chains may tarnish over time. ☆Handmade Items☆ Due to my items being handmade to order there may be imperfections and they may vary slightly in size, colour and style to the picture. All of my items are made from durable materials but should be handled with care so that they last, items may scratch over time with wear. Colours may differ due to different screen resolutions. ☆Large Quantity Orders☆ Should you wish to purchase a larger quantity of items please contact me for a bespoke quotation. ☆Custom Order☆ If you have an idea or design of your own you would like made, I am more than happy to discuss with you how we can make your idea or design come to life. ☆Skin Allergies☆ Should you suffer from any skin allergies please contact me prior to ordering and I will be able to advise on the suitability of the product. ☆Quality☆ I personally guarantee that every item made by myself is fully quality checked prior to posting. None of my items are toys and may contain small parts which may be unsuitable for small children. ☆Jewellery Care☆ Keep your jewellery in a clean dry area out of direct sunlight and away from other items to avoid scratching your piece. Put your jewellery on last after make-up, perfume, hairspray etc. so to not damage your items. Never sleep in your jewellery and always remember to remove your items when bathing, showering or swimming as my items are water resistant but not waterproof. Clean your items regularly with a Soft Cloth.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
