Carnelian is a fabulous crystal with many healing properties. It not only gives you a physical energy boost, but also increases motivation and confidence. It's known as the singer's stone, so if you have always wanted to join a band or choir, this is the crystal to help you do it!
Rutilated quartz is a great stone to wear with rutilated quartz as it draws away any negative energy, reduces feelings of depression and stress, which can also weigh you down energetically as well.
Stretch bracelet, so no fiddly clasps. Non stretch circumference of about 7inch / 18cm. If you are worried about sizing, drop me a message, and I can make adjustments.
