Full description
Some time ago I was playing with patterns to try to make a tree and came up with this birdie in a tree design.
I have used different types of red and amber stained glass to make the 26 leaves and a dark amber textured glass for the trunk. The birdie has been made from a white streaky sea glass.
Each piece of glass has been cut by hand, ground, washed, foiled and soldered together before being washed again and polished.
Two rings and a length of fishing line has been attached for hanging purposes.
The suncatcher measures 18.5cms wide x 19.5cms high.
This will certainly add some colour to any window.
I will supply a window hook so you can hang it up as soon as received. Please remember to wet the plunger before you push it firmly onto the window.
